Conference Conversations: Ken Blanchard

We were honored to listen in as world renowned leadership expert Ken Blanchard was interviewed by SLI founder and CEO, Art Barter.  The two leaders discussed the importance of being relationship driven rather than results driven.  Ken believes leaders frequently focus more on business growth rather than their relational growth.  We enjoyed hearing from Ken on the concept of “re-firing” versus retiring in the later part ones’ life.  Ken also explains the concept of Essence vs. Form.  While both are important, there needs to be a conscious balance of the two.  You will want to have a notepad handy for this one.
